The Devin Flaherty Classic

The Cox Falcons host the Great Bridge Wildcats in a showdown of two of the best local high school baseball teams. Played in honor of Devin Flaherty, a former Falcon shortstop who lost his life to pediatric cancer in 2022, the game raises awareness of and funds for pediatric cancer research.

Every day, 45 children in the U.S. are diagnosed with cancer. Tomorrow, 45 families will receive the heartbreaking news that their child’s cancer battle is just beginning. In the four years since Devin’s passing, 60,000 children have been diagnosed in the U.S. and 1.6 million globally.

Proceeds will benefit the D-Feet Cancer Foundation, where 100% of donations go towards pediatric cancer research.

Join us at 11 AM on Saturday May 9th. We’ll have Dippin’ Dots (a favorite of both Devin & Dalton), bounce house for the kids, live music, raffles, a silent auction, D-Feet merchandise, and great baseball.

Tickets to the game cost $6 and a portion of ticket proceeds will also benefit D-Feet Cancer to fund pediatric cancer research.
